Description
A workplace bullying complaint refers to a series of actions, against the person who is making the complaint. In order to be classified as bullying, there is a necessity for the behaviour to have a repeated pattern. A once-off incident may be wrong and may be a serious workplace issue, but bullying by definition has to involve a pattern.
In this session you will learn how to identify and manage a bullying- type complaint, you will know the difference between a non bullying-type complaint and a bullying-type complaint, and you will know the appropriate and inappropriate reaction of a manager to a bullying complaint.
